“The two hardest things to say in life are hello for the first time and goodbye for the last.”

-Moira Rogers

Saying goodbye is always hard but we have to change our thoughts as Dr Seuss said Don’t cry because it’s over. SMILE because it happened!”

The research is clear: The successful pursuit of happiness is within most people’s reach. Evidence from longitudinal randomized controlled trials has shown that people can markedly improve their well-being when they engage in so-called “positive activities” — that is, concrete cognitive or behavioural steps (or both) that boost happiness.

Research suggests that practices like savouring, kindness, and gratitude generate well-being by leading people to experience more frequent pleasant emotions, think more positive thoughts, and engage in more productive behaviours.

We did some uplifting activities in the last sessions which helped us make our last session memorable and these activities helped us in changing our emotions from sad to happy because having thoughts that these sessions will never happen again was making us emotional. We gave appreciation to our PA and PM through thankyou notes.

The above picture shows how we are engaged with each other at the first physical meetup this picture is really near to my heart

Thank you!

“What a teacher writes on the blackboard of life can never be erased.”

“The value you receive from reflective thinking will depend on the kinds of questions you ask yourself.”

-John C Maxwell

In the end, we took some pictures, these pictures will always remind me of the last session.

We will always keep in touch with our Amal Family through the WhatsApp group. I learnt from this fellowship how to write a Superhero Resume and Super Hero Cover letter and how to ace an interview. I will follow the tips which I got from online courses and will work on tips that I got during mock interviews. Due to the mock interview, I have gotten command on how to understand QBQ and how to respond to the tricky questions, I will apply this in my future interview and will become a life long learner.
